Do you need Legal Aid?
Wilson McLeod are registered with the Scottish Legal Aid Board to provide Criminal Legal Assistance to anyone facing a criminal charge, whether detained at a police station or appearing in Court.
Legal Aid is means tested, and if applying for Legal Aid you will have to provide us with documentary proof of your income and savings. For those who do not qualify for Legal Aid, and who would be paying privately for our advice and representation, we can offer competitive rates that will be discussed and agreed with you in advance of any work being carried out on your behalf.
